HumanTotalCare’s 1,500 employees have a common goal: to help to secure a healthy, motivated and capable working age population in the Netherlands. Through its various brands (ArboNed, Focus, HumanCapitalCare, IT&Care and Mensely), HumanTotalCare advises and supports employers and employees throughout their working lives. This makes HumanTotalCare an important element in the lives of its employer clients (65,000) and employee clients (1.5 million) as well as for society as a whole.
With an updated strategy, HumanTotalCare wants to attract new talent and show how its employees can make a difference to the lives of working age people in the Netherlands. Based on this, PROOF got to work and helped to develop the #meerbetekenen (mean more) concept. HumanTotalCare took care of the implementation, which involved a complete rebrand plus contributions from nearly 70 employees to stories about what it means to mean more.
