ROC Amsterdam - Flevoland is in need of the right talented teachers to keep delivering great education. Due to the tight labor market, the right teachers are becoming more difficult to find. Thus, it is important to focus not only on those who are already in a teaching position, but also those who have the right skills but is not yet thinking about a job in education.
Therefore, ROC Amsterdam - Flevoland asked PROOF to strengthen the employer brand to not only appeal to teachers who have completed their teaching degree but also to people in the business sector with a passion for education. These are known as lateral applicants.
